Qualifications

• Chemotherapy mixing/compounding experience is required.
• Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and admix medications under supervision and ensure proper documentation.
• Review medication orders for completeness and physician authorization.
• Accurately prepare medications according to procedures and guidelines.
• Perform dosage calculations and unit conversions as needed.
• Maintain controlled substance records per regulations and company policy.
• Dispose of chemotherapy and IV prep materials safely and compliantly.
