Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Patient Access Leader to manage front-end revenue cycle activities in a healthcare setting. You will guide a team, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive efficiency across patient interactions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Patient Access, 1-2 years in supervisory roles, and strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a senior, full-time position based in Maine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
