Job summary

Jobtailor in Rockford, IL seeks an experienced Patient Access Supervisor to lead staff, conduct reviews and improve front-end revenue cycle processes.

You will develop policies, ensure CMS and Joint Commission compliance, and partner with hospital leadership to educate on efficient Patient Access workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MHA or MBA desired.
• 3-5 years experience in patient access and revenue cycle operations.
• Supervisory experience overseeing subordinates.
• Thorough knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission (JCAHO) regulations affecting Patient Access processes.
• Expert knowledge of insurance plans and coverage requirements.
