Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Unit. This part-time role (24 hours per week) offers mid-shift coverage from 11am to 11pm with self-scheduling and weekend rotation requirements.

Experience is welcomed with a sign-on bonus eligibility for experienced external candidates; current Indiana or compact RN licensure and BLS are required. EOE, competitive benefits available.

Job Duties:

In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.

About the Unit:

The Medical Inpatient Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.

Every 3rd weekend rotation for NA's and every 4th weekend requirement for nurses

Work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday ONLY
