Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit. The role is part-time (24 hours weekly) with day shifts (7am-7pm) and weekend WOW responsibilities. The unit pilots new ideas and welcomes new graduates to grow with experienced nurses.

Job Duties

In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.

About the Unit

The Innovation Unit, also known as 3AC, is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital. Nurses will care for a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. The Innovation Unit serves as a wonderful opportunity for new graduate LPN and RNs to start nursing careers and is complimented by seasoned nurses who share their expertise.
