Job summary

Remington College in Mobile, AL is seeking an Admissions Representative to interview prospective students and guide them through the admissions process. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but appropriate experience may substitute.
• 4+ years in sales, customer service, or management substitute education requirement.
• Less than 3 years as an Admissions Representative with Remington College.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies and procedures and state/federal regulations at all times.
• Completes admissions training and understands admissions documents.
• Contacts prospective students and provides accurate information about the campus and programs.
• Provides complete responses to questions from prospective/enrolled students, excluding detailed discussions about financial aid.
• Sets appointments and conducts interviews with prospective students.
• Conducts campus tours for prospective students.
• Assists applicants in completing enrollment paperwork accurately and timely.
• Represents the campus at job fairs and college fairs or other offsite locations.
• Provides prospective students with only approved advertising and materials.
• Maintains professional relationships with campus personnel.
• On-site work when required; remote work appropriate when onsite is not required.
