Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States. This role supports admissions and administrative processes for treatment services, ensuring accurate paperwork, charting, and a welcoming experience for clients and referents.

Responsibilities include maintaining the bed board within the EHR, updating electronic resources, and assisting in both live and virtual admissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years customer service experience.
• Strong technology/computer skills with Medical EHR and videoconferencing tools.
• Experience working in a virtual environment.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Live and Virtual Admissions: Assist patient in completing admission process into Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.
• Create an inviting client/customer focused experience for all clients/referents/customers seeking Hazelden services.
• Facilitate and maintain the bed board within the EHR.
• Ensuring patient and admissions electronic resources are up to date.
