Job summary

VITAS Hospice is seeking a dedicated Admissions Nurse (RN) to bridge hospital or community care with hospice services. You will guide patients and families through a pivotal transition with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid state license.
