Job summary

VITAS Healthcare in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an RN Admissions Nurse to bridge hospital or community care with hospice services. You will conduct assessments, educate families, collaborate with clinicians, and guide the admission process with compassion.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and autonomy, with schedule Sun-Thurs 1p-9:30p and Tues-Sat 1p-9:30p to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• RN with a valid state license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred).
