Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. You will bridge hospital or community care to hospice, guiding patients and families through the transition with empathy and clear clinical guidance.

Responsibilities include determining eligibility, educating on Medicare benefits, coordinating with care teams, and managing admission documentation. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN with valid state license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred).
