Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of Code of Virginia relating to child mental health issues.

• Proficient with computers and data entry.
• Knowledge of CSA and mental health resources for children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals for admissions across day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Screen referrals for appropriateness and provide information/referral services when beds are unavailable or not eligible.
• Communicate referral details internally and maintain referral/admission statistics.
