Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for an Admissions Counselor to join the student recruitment team in Pueblo, Colorado. In this role, you will develop and facilitate programs for first-year students, provide counseling on admissions, and engage with local high schools for recruitment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the registration process, maintaining relationships with school personnel, and participating in recruitment events. A Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted driver's license required.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry materials needed for recruiting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate on- and off-campus programs for first-year students.
• Provide counseling on the admissions and enrollment process.
• Assist with the first-year student registration process.

Skills

Bilingual Spanish/English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience providing excellent follow-up and customer service

Education

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
