Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible management experience in collegiate admissions.
• Ability to travel to local high schools and venues for weekly visits and fairs.
• Experience supervising full-time staff and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Build recruitment schedules and strategies for assigned regional territory.
• Supervise and develop professional staff through coaching and mentorship.
• Evaluate domestic applications and communicate admissions decisions per policies.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives with cross-functional collaboration.
