This role provides strategic and operational leadership, supervising staff and guiding recruitment, admissions review, and student engagement.

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Progressively responsible and independent management experience in collegiate admissions is preferred.
• Ability to travel to local high schools and venues for weekly visits and fairs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a recruitment schedule and strategy for assigned regional territory; represent CU Boulder at information sessions and college fairs; analyze historical data to inform strategy.
• Supervises and develops professional staff through coaching, performance management, and mentorship; fosters a collaborative team culture.
• Evaluates domestic applications for admission and credentials; communicates with prospective students and families.
• Leads complex projects and strategic initiatives; coordinates cross-functional efforts and assesses outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
