The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Senior Assistant Director of Recruitment within the Office of Admissions. The role represents CU Boulder to prospective students, families, counselors, and partners across Colorado and beyond, providing strategic and operational leadership and supervising staff.

The position requires leading recruitment plans, evaluating applications with sound judgment, and guiding cross-functional initiatives while fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively more responsible and independent management experience in a collegiate admissions office.
• Ability to travel to local high schools and other venues for weekly visits and fairs.
• Significant experience in managing programs and/or staff in a collegiate admissions office.

Responsabilités

• Build a recruitment schedule and strategy based on targeted high schools and college fairs within an assigned region.
• Supervise and develop professional staff through coaching and performance management.
• Evaluate domestic applications for admission and communicate with students and families.
• Lead complex projects and strategic initiatives that advance the Office of Admissions.
