Responsibilities

• Coordinate components of the annual admissions cycle for nearly 4,000 applications annually, including processing, file completion, screening, interviews, decisions, and matriculation.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of admissions requirements, policies, deadlines, and annual cycle timelines.
• Review applicant records for administrative completeness and verify documentation.
• Identify incomplete or discrepant records; coordinate resolution with applicants and staff.
• Coordinate applicant communications related to requirements, deadlines, interviews, decisions, enrollment, and matriculation.
• Monitor progression through admissions workflows and address issues delaying advancement.
• Support residency verification and enrollment-related processes in coordination with institutional offices.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Registrar, and other partners to finalize enrollment and matriculation requirements.
