Job summary

American College of Healthcare & Technology is actively seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide academic advising, and promote the college’s programs.

You will conduct outreach, present campus resources, assist with applications, and participate in recruitment events using Velocify or similar systems to track interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have proven experience in recruiting or admissions.
• Familiarity with Velocify or similar education administration systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with students in an academic advising capacity.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional student service.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Explain academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
• Assist applicants with the admissions process.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop recruiting strategies.
• Organize recruitment events, workshops, and presentations.
• Maintain student interactions and admissions data using Ellucian or similar systems.
• Provide ongoing support throughout enrollment.
