Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must have proven experience in recruiting or admissions in an educational setting.
• Experience with Velocify or similar education administration systems.
• Demonstrated experience in academic advising with students.
• Excellent public speaking with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to student service.
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide information about programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
• Assist students in completing applications and guide them through the admissions process.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop recruitment strategies aligned with college goals.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and presentations.
• Maintain records of student interactions and admissions data using Ellucian or similar systems.
• Provide ongoing support to students throughout enrollment.
