Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have proven experience in recruiting or admissions within an educational setting.
• Familiarity with Velocify or similar education admin systems is desirable.
• Experience working with students in an academic advising capacity.
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to providing exceptional student service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
• Assist students in completing applications and guide them through the admissions process.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop recruitment strategies that align with college goals.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and presentations to educate potential students.
