You will inform current and prospective students, faculty, staff, and partners about admissions, advising, registration, and student activities.

The role processes transcripts, admissions documents, and helps maintain academic records in a non-exempt, student-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; strong communication skills.
• Experience or familiarity with admissions processes helpful.
• Associate degree preferred; notice of notary/public duties not required.

• Greet and assist visitors; direct them to appropriate locations.
• Provide admissions and registration information to students and staff.
• Process transcripts and admissions documents; maintain records.
• Coordinate information requests and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support manager of Admissions & Enrollment and assist with special populations and testing tasks.
