Qualified candidates must reside in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; have a bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience; be familiar with Slate; and handle 6 apps/hour. October–November hours range from 15–28 weekly.

Qualifications

• Home address in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana
• Experience in admission, enrollment management, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of application review experience
• Familiarity with higher education CRMs such as Slate
• Ability to read at a pace of six applications per hour for each hour worked
• October–November hours: 15–28 per week (peaks may vary)

Responsibilities

• Quality-check Miami’s AI-powered OCR software to assist in standardizing and reviewing high school transcripts
• Review each application thoroughly: verify GPA, test scores, letters of recommendation, essays, and other materials
• Analyze and score the strength of the applicant’s high school curriculum
• Review contextual factors in the application and record results
• Record curriculum scores and details about essays and activities
• Recommend a tentative admission decision
• Escalate concerns to senior staff when needed
• Monitor training milestones and keep supervisors informed
