Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of application review experience.
• Familiarity with higher education CRMs such as Slate.
• Ability to read at a pace of six applications per hour.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check AI-powered OCR of transcripts for standardization and review.
• Review each application, verifying GPA, test scores, essays and recommendations.
• Assess curriculum strength and contextual factors within each file.
• Record curriculum scores and notes on essays and activities.
• Recommend tentative admission decisions.
• Escalate concerns to senior admission staff when needed.
• Keep supervisors informed about schedule changes and milestones.
