Ariel Clinical Services in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation and business hours.

The position focuses on facilitating placements into our Adult Services and recruiting Host and Foster Homes for Children. You will market Ariel’s programs, respond to referrals, and coordinate residential placements, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Minimum of one year Sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: Minimum of two years sales related experience.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year experience in residential sales.
• Preferred: Minimum of one year experience with the I/DD population.

Responsibilities

• Market Ariel’s array of programs to individuals seeking services. Provide individualized recommendations based on individuals’ interests, needs, and safety.
• Respond to referrals; market/brokering services to individuals, and communicating with families, guardians, and parents. Recruitment of Residential Providers for adults and children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Serve as a liaison with Community Center Boards and other referral entities to ensure individual needs are met. Participate in enrollment meetings to coordinate all aspects of residential placements.
• Develop and maintain an accurate tracking system of activities.
• Implement a marketing plan for customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and strategic plan goals.
• Use advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic, direct mail, and social media for distribution to our customer base. Attend outreach events and other marketing events, representing Ariel.
• Interview prospective providers and their application process. Develop a pool of placement options and facilitate matching the individual with the optimal services.
• Determine an individual’s funding resources including Medicaid, social security, medical insurance for residential placement and other community services.
