Job summary

Ariel Clinical Services in Colorado Springs is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to facilitate placements into adult services and recruit Host Homes and Foster Homes for Children. This full-time role (40 hours/week) follows Monday–Friday business hours with on-call rotation.

Hiring range is $22.59-$24.68 per hour, depending on education and experience. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations or at least one year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: two years sales experience; one year in residential sales; one year experience with the I/DD population.

Responsibilities

• Market Ariel’s programs to individuals seeking services and provide recommendations based on interests and safety.
• Respond to referrals, market/broker services to individuals, and recruit Residential Providers for adults and children with IDD.
• Liaise with Community Center Boards and referral entities to ensure needs are met; attend enrollment meetings for placements.
• Develop and maintain an accurate activity tracking system.
• Implement marketing plans to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and goals.
• Use advertising and promotional activities (print, digital, DM, social media) and attend outreach events representing Ariel.
• Interview prospective providers and manage the application process; build a pool of placement options.
• Determine funding resources including Medicaid, social security, and medical insurance for placements.
