Job summary

Guam Regional Medical City in Dededo, Guam, is seeking an Admissions Manager to plan, direct and supervise our admitting and patient access programs for patients of all ages. You will help ensure smooth daily workflow and compliance with hospital policies across departments and outside agencies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or patient services (accreditation preferred) and 3–5 years of progressive admitting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or patient services (accreditation preferred).
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible admitting procedures experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises an admitting program and patient access for the hospital.
• Coordinates daily workflow of admitting office personnel across departments.
• Recommends changes to staffing, policies and procedures as appropriate.
