Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field.
• Two years in admissions, recruitment, student services, or related area, including work with minority/adult populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry for updating student records.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to recruitment locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to work one evening per week and some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to an assigned caseload of prospective students; conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person; assist with enrollment steps.
• Develop recruitment plans for assigned schools; represent the college at events and outreach activities.
• Engage prospective students about goals and connect to programs and services; guide career planning resources.
• Explain financial aid, scholarships, payment plans, and scholarship processes; refer to offices as needed.
• Explain placement requirements and connect students with advising when ready to enroll.
• Identify interests and barriers; refer to college resources as needed.
• Document recruitment contacts and activities in CRM/EAB; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with routing and reassigning prospects through the enrollment funnel.
• Stay current on programs, services, and enrollment requirements; direct inquiries appropriately.
• Support recruitment campaigns and events; assist with call lists and scholarship activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
