Qualifications

• Associate degree from a nationally accredited institution required.
• At least three years experience in admissions, recruiting, student services, or in direct sales or customer service required.
• Experience in community college setting preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to admissions- and enrollment-related inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and events.
• Assist students with admissions procedures, transcripts, program choices, placement testing, residency info, orientation.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and student information in SIS systems.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues to deliver quality service to students and staff.
• Schedule placement tests, manage test schedules, and proctor as needed.
• Communicate with applicants and students via phone, mail, email, and websites.
• Participate in recruiting events in high schools, colleges, and community locations.
• Conduct Admissions Information Sessions and Campus Tours for prospective students and stakeholders.
• Support enrollment yield activities including open houses and campaigns.
• Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Update admissions materials to reflect current information and guidelines.
