Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in recruiting, student services, office management, and academic advising.
• Preferred: admissions, sales, or marketing experience in higher education or non-profit.
• Proficient with CRM systems and admissions software (AACOMAS, Slate).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and advise prospective students at recruitment fairs, campus visits, and virtual events.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, travel, and presentations at colleges and universities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with pre-health advisors and external institutions.
• Organize on- and off-campus admissions events and Open Houses.
• Implement recruitment strategy with the Assistant Dean of Admissions.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly activity reports for applicants.
• Attend regional and national conferences to stay current with best practices in medical school recruitment.
