Job summary

Windsor Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC seeks a dedicated marketing/admissions coordinator to guide prospective residents through the admission process, coordinate facility tours, and build a referral network. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions, maintain census reporting, and support ongoing marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a marketing role or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred).
• Two years of related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility tours with prospective residents, families and referrers with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents and families with completing admissions and gathering financial and medical records.
• Prepare rooms prior to resident arrival and ensure smooth admission process.
• Meet with residents and families on admission day to answer questions and ensure a seamless process.
• Collaborate with the team to manage admissions, discharges and room transfers.
• Develop and maintain referral base and report daily census to the team.
• Assist with development and execution of marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate presentations about the facility to healthcare professionals and referral sources.
• Report hazards, equipment issues and supply problems to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety precautions.
• Engage with residents to preserve comfort, privacy and a caring environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
