Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Community Liaison to manage admissions outreach and marketing for skilled nursing and rehab services. You will coordinate tours, screen eligibility, and handle admission paperwork while building relationships with families and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Health Care, preferably Skilled Nursing/Rehab.
• Experience conducting outreach events to referral sources and marketing events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to skilled nursing and rehab markets and other care levels.
• Screen admissions for eligibility and process admission paperwork.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents and referral sources.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and mail-ins in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily report for admissions, outreach and activity.
• Assist Sales/Marketing Director with events and campaigns.
• Coordinate admissions/transfers across care levels.
