Job summary

Addington Place of Stuart is seeking an Admissions and Marketing professional to manage outreach, screening, and admission processes for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. You will conduct tours, respond to referrals, and coordinate with care teams to meet occupancy goals.

Your role involves event planning with the Sales and Marketing Team, maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources, plus ensuring accurate reporting and software usage.

Qualifications

• Associated or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Area of Study: Humanities, Psychology, Health Care, Social Studies preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Health Care industry preferably in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Experience conducting outreach events to skilled nursing and rehab referral sources; organizing marketing events to increase awareness and admissions.
• Technical competencies: Word/Excel documents computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach geared towards skilled nursing and rehab market and other levels of care as requested.
• Screen potential admissions for eligibility.
• Handle admission paperwork with resident/family.
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents and referral sources for skilled nursing.
• Respond and follow-up with walk-ins, phone ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Complete daily report for skilled nursing activity for admissions, discharges, outreach and other tasks as needed.
• Keep Sales and Marketing Director and Skilled Nursing Administrator informed of all sales activity daily.
• Provide assistance to the sales and marketing director at independent/assisted/memory care campuses and special assigned projects.
• Create, plan, and implement events to bring in prospective residents (seminars, speakers, themed events, family nights).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
• Coordinate admissions/transfers from various levels of care to/from skilled nursing and rehab.
• Work with AL/MC Managers to assist with moving residents through the continuum of care.
• Meet all expectations of occupancy.
• Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation.
