As an Admissions Operations Specialist, you will work extensively with multiple student information and customer relationship management systems, including Slate, Campus Solutions, OnBase, Avaya, and Five9, to support admissions and enrollment operations. The position plays a vital role in managing applicant records, responding to prospective student and family inquiries, processing admissions-related transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the enrollment journey. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for helping students successfully navigate the admissions process.
Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 2 - An intermediate level role with working foundational knowledge and skills to perform routine and occasionally non-routine tasks.
