Job summary

You will determine residency, enrollment status, and manage multiple systems such as Jenzabar and Salesforce, supporting staff in Enrollment Management. Strong data entry and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong computer experience including data entry, auditing of incoming documents, typing.
• Background knowledge of college enrollment process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned applications for admissions daily, including undergraduate and dual credit.
• Determine residency for each applicant based on data and policy.
• Assess continuous enrollment eligibility and when to reapply.
• Manage student accounts for new and current students.
• Process all transcripts submitted for admissions purposes.
• Evaluate transcripts for TSI, course equivalencies, withdrawals and standing.
• Evaluate documents to satisfy admissions, residency petitions, or holds.
• Support Enrollment Guides, International and Dual Credit teams and other Enrollment Management staff.
• Audit student files each semester and add holds for missing documents.
• Run daily data cleanup reports to maintain integrity.
• Scan and index documents into the imaging system.
• Work in Jenzabar and JRM across multiple systems.
• Manage multiple student email accounts for petitions and transcripts.
• Coordinate WebEx groups to support admissions across departments.
• Run daily jobs to move students to registration and assign IDs.
• Assist with graduation ceremonies twice a year.
• Other duties as assigned by department needs.
