Reporting to the VP of Customer Engagement, you will coordinate with campus health staff, admissions counselors, and program leadership to ensure accurate schedules, payments, and seamless transitions from enrollment to program start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, customer service, or administration.
• Experience in a school, camp, or healthcare-related administrative setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of deadline-driven tasks.
• Thoughtful customer service approach and ability to communicate sensitively with families.
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reconciliation, and basic financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide enrolled families through forms and pre-arrival steps (medical, housing, transportation, photo ID).
• Serve as primary contact for documentation questions.
• Coordinate medical review with campus health staff.
• Update student schedules across systems and balance classes and housing plans.
• Develop transportation schedules with Admissions leadership.
• Coordinate handoff from enrollment to program start.
