Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. You will provide compassionate nursing care, assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians, therapy, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing.
• Experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families about care and recovery.
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and independence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
