Job summary

The Clare is recruiting a hospitality focused Admissions Nurse to join our team. This position is responsible for clinically admitting residents to Skilled Nursing and ensuring the necessary equipment is in place to meet residents' needs.

You will support the Admissions & Outreach Manager with managing all aspects of the admissions process from initial inquiry through move-in, and conduct onsite or virtual pre-admission assessments as directed.

Qualifications

• Registered nursing license in Illinois.
• 3–5 years of admissions, intake, or case management in a senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
• Experience evaluating clinical information and making placement decisions.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Clinically admit new residents to Skilled Nursing.
• Ensure necessary equipment is in place to meet residents' needs.

• Clinically admit new residents to Skilled Nursing.
