Tacoma Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join our Admissions team at our rehab center. This role emphasizes clinical judgment, quick organization, and a focus on long-term care in Tacoma, WA.

You will review new admissions, assess care needs, and coordinate with hospitals and care teams to ensure smooth, safe admissions. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with pay ranging $45–$57 per hour and various shift options.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills required.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple moving parts.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and assessing new admissions.
