Job summary

Premier Washington Health Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in our rehabilitation and nursing facility in Washington. Under supervision of a registered nurse, you will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Maintains patient records and collaborates with the care team to implement care plans. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a $4000 sign-on bonus, same-day pay options, and both

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience preferred; we welcome new graduates as well!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to designated staff
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
