Qualifikationen

• Able to handle confidential information and manage time wisely.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Aufgaben

• Perform nursing admissions process, including explaining services and intake screenings.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and patient care.
• Review admission referrals and coordinate with navigators for proper placement.
• Triage incoming clients for level of care.
• Document patient care services and maintain records.
