Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, AZ is seeking an on-site Student Admissions Representative to engage prospective students, explain programs, and guide them toward enrollment. You’ll be the campus face, build trust, answer questions, and manage the applicant journey from inquiry to first day of class.

You’ll recruit via calls, emails, events, and visits, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with Financial Aid and Student Services to ensure a smooth, compliant admissions process that supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 3 years in education sales/admissions and recruitment.
• Experience in private, proprietary schools (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships.
• Knowledge of problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and guide them to programs.
• Represent the institute at events and outreach to build applicant pipeline.
• Guide applicants through admissions process from initial contact to enrollment day.
• Coordinate communications between Financial Aid, Student Services, and other departments.
• Maintain CRM and monitor recruitment metrics to meet enrollment goals.
