Job summary

London Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to manage patient flow, admissions, and referral relationships. You will guide the community outreach, coordinate tours and pre-certifications, and support a positive admissions experience for patients and families.

This full-time role offers a salary commensurate with experience, daily opportunities to build partnerships with hospitals and care facilities, and a strong focus on customer service and census

Qualifications

• Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets.
• Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
• Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
• Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions.
• Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
• Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Long term care experience preferred.

• Ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of census goals.
