Qualifications

• Experience with admission processes and residency intake procedures.
• Ability to interact with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, families and staff effectively.
• Strong customer service and public relations skills.
• Proven ability to speak publicly and present information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Take interested families on tours of the facility.
• Complete admission paperwork and intake forms.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Coordinate with hospital case managers on referrals.
• Assist assessments with nursing input to align admissions with facility goals.
• Conduct market research and provide marketing input to the Admission Committee.
• Coordinate marketing efforts across Admissions Committee and facility staff.
• Evaluate satisfaction of residents and families with the admission process and facility.
