Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking an Admissions Manager in Durham, NC to lead the AC team and oversee admissions operations at the RTP Treatment Center. This role ensures compassionate, responsive service for prospective clients, families, and referral partners, while driving access to care and conversion goals.

The position is a 1.0 FTE, onsite role from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, with salary range and quarterly bonus structures described in the compensation section.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily admissions operations, including call monitoring, to ensure timely, compassionate, and efficient movement of clients through the admissions process.
• Monitor inquiry volume and admissions activity to maintain service standards (live answer rate).
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements within admissions operations.
• Provide direct admissions support during high volume or staffing needs.
