McLeod Centers for Wellbeing in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for an on-site Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Charlotte area. The RN will join a team delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced admissions environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications in accordance with provider orders
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Performing intake assessments for new clients
• Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately
• Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed
• Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS
• Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines
• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed
