Job summary

Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Admissions focused on Dance and Voice, reporting to the Associate Dean of Admissions. You will be the primary admissions contact for prospective students, parents, and counselors, managing recruitment travel, auditions, and applications.

This role combines national recruitment, website content oversight, and end-to-end event planning, with limited remote work flexibility and a strong emphasis on transforming applicants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with performing arts experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of fast-paced environment experience, preferably in college admissions.
• Experience with Salesforce, TargetX, Acceptd, Google Suite, and CMS management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional audition tours for Dance and Voice and manage venues, schedules, payments, and certificates.
• Plan on-campus auditions, Open Houses, and yield events including room setups and catering.
• Travel 6–8 weeks in fall assisting with high school and fair recruitment presentations.
