Job summary

Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks an experienced Associate Dean of Admissions to drive domestic undergraduate and graduate recruitment and set business strategy for campus-based programs across Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and Berklee NYC. This role reports to the Dean of Admissions and leads enrollment initiatives with a data-driven, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in higher education admissions management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Background in performing arts to align with Berklee’s curriculum and leadership.
• Strong CRM and data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of institution-wide enrollment initiatives.
• Oversee domestic admissions budgets, travel, auditions, and related events.
• Lead Board of Admissions activities and partner with academic chairs on admissions and scholarships.
• Supervise a domestic recruitment team and drive cross-office collaboration.
