• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with the use of computers
• Knowledge & understanding of CSA and mental health resources for children and adolescents

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals for admissions, including during day, evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Screen referrals for appropriateness and offer information/referral services when beds are unavailable or not eligible.
• Communicate referral details internally and maintain referral and admission statistics.
