Qualifications

• Experience in an addictions/substance abuse behavioral health setting, answering crisis calls.
• Strong belief in 12-Step Recovery practices, counseling, and therapeutic interventions.
• Proficient English communication and writing skills; familiarity with clinical and medical jargon.
• Proven computer skills for data entry, narrative, and data extrapolation across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and referrals.
• Oversee accuracy of verification of benefits for potential clients.
• Log all inquiries in the agency EMR system.
• Maintain open communication lines with external organizations.
