Job summary

Responsibilities

• Liaise with potential admissions to answer questions and concerns.
• Coordinate facility tours with clients and families.
• Interface with remote admissions and on-site clinical team for approvals and arrival planning.
• Establish rapport with clients to ensure a welcoming arrival.
• Support arrival process including assessments and bed placement coordination; search belongings for prohibited items.
• Orient clients to the facility and milieu; ensure intake paperwork is completed timely.
