Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to drive census growth through sales, marketing, and relationship-building within the community. The role focuses on developing referral networks and guiding prospective residents through the admission process.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, marketing, business development, or healthcare outreach, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing referral relationships.

• Ability to balance sales and admissions duties with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase referrals and census.
• Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls, visits, outreach, and networking activities.
• Identify and pursue new referral and business-development opportunities.
• Coordinate the admission process from referral through admission.
• Verify insurance and assist with admission documentation.
• Monitor census and support leadership to achieve census goals.
• Represent the facility at community and healthcare events.
